- Partners may cancel their listing at any time by contacting our support team at connect@swimprohub.com
- Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (if applicable), after which it will be removed from the platform.
1.2 Subscription Cancellation
- If you have subscribed to a recurring plan (monthly/annually), you may cancel your subscription at any time.
- No further payments will be charged after the current billing cycle ends.
2.1 Subscription Payments
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at connect@swimprohub.com for a full refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for renewals or cancellations requested after the 7-day period.
2.2 Denied Listings
- If your listing does not meet our guidelines and is denied, we will provide a full refund.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside this policy in the event of:
- Technical issues on our platform that prevent your listing from being displayed.
- Duplicate payments or billing errors.
